How to order from www.arctida.com and www.arctida.se

Step 1. Choose a product by clicking the "Buy Now" in the product overview or "Add to Cart" in the product description.

Step 2. Then you will come to your "Cart contents" where you can choose between updating your cart or go to the "Checkout". To continue shopping, navigate through menus as usual. You can access your cart at any time in the upper right corner of the shop.

Step 3. If you choose to go to the checkout, you must log in to your account. If this is the first time that you visit the shop you have to register. If you already have an account, log in.

Step 4. You have come to the choice of shipping. We always offer free shipping, just check that we have the right address for you. Select "Continue".

Step 5. Now select the payment method and select proceed.

Step 5.A. If you choose to pay by PayPal, you will be redirected to their secure payment page.

Step 5.B. If you choose to make a bank transaction you will get all necessary information with the confirmation e-mail.

Step 6. At this point you will be getting complete information about your order. Ensure it is correct. Make changes if needed or confirm your order.

Step 7. Shortly you will receive a confirmation to the email address you provided at registration. If you choose to pay by bank transfer you will find this payment information.

Step 8. You can then follow the progress of your order, you may e-mail when the product is shipped or you can at any time log into your account to see how it goes for your order.

Step 9. You are welcome to start over with Step 1.
